- 1/2 kg large shrimps
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 cup bread crumb, finely chopped
- 1 cup Knorr vegetable stock
- 5-6 tbsp Altis Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- the juice of 1 lemon

We pull the head, tail and legs off the shrimps, remove the shell, devein, wash and strain them.
We preheat the oven to 180o C.
In a frying pan appropriate for oven use, we heat the oil and sauté the garlic, until it turns golden. We add the bread crumb and spread it evenly. We place the shrimps on top, pour the lemon juice and vegetable stock over them and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until the shrimps brown lightly.
